L.G. Wright Pear Font Mold for Making Glass Oil Lamp Fonts. This mold is ready for glass production. This Mold was originally built for, and owned by L.G. Wright Glass Company in New Martinsville, West Virginia. L.G. Wright Glass Company used this mold for many years as evidenced by images of their product line over the years. A portion of the production records for this mold exist in L.G. Wright Glass Company Published by The West Virginia Museum of American Glass, Ltd (2003) page 27. In 1999, Aladdin Mantle Lamp Company purchased this, and other molds sold at the L.G. Wright Liquidation Auction. The Mold sat Idle until it was purchased, and put back into production by Imperial Lighting Co. Rex M. Christensen, President and Founder used the Mold to make ILC’s Limited Edition “Laura Katherine” Lamp, named after Christensen’s Grandmother.
This mold remains in good condition and it is ready for production. Mold can be shipped by Fed-ex or UPS. We have done our best to to estimate shipping charges, however there may be some minor adjustments once we know your location and actual weight of the packaged mold.
