Return Policy

Imperial Lighting Co. strives to make your shopping experience convenient and memorable. We understand that sometimes a product does not meet our customers’ needs and must be returned, and we want to facilitate this as best as we can. If your shipment does not meet your satisfaction, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less the original shipping costs.

Please call or e-mail Care@ImperialLightingCo.com for a return authorization number and shipping return address.

Your name, address and reason for return must be included in your e-mail

Imperial Lighting Co. will process the return authorization requests within 24-48 business hours of receipt, and will e-mail detailed shipping and return instructions to customers with the issued return authorization numbers.

Requirements:

  • MUST contact Imperial Lighting Co. within 14 days of receiving items to request Return
    ALL Returns MUST have an Return Authorization number issued by Imperial Lighting Co. – NO EXCEPTIONS
    Items may be returned up to 30 days after receipt of purchase, and must be in sellable condition. “Sellable Condition” means that all returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages with all factory-supplied paperwork, packing materials, etc. If items are inspected and received by our warehouse, and are determined not returned in this condition, your return will not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Imperial Lighting Co. does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of your receipt of the item. No exceptions.
  • Purchasers will be responsible for all return postage.
  • Please note the reason for the return, and please make sure that the items are properly repackaged for safe shipment back to Imperial Lighting Co.
  • Imperial Lighting Co. highly recommends sending your returns back to our warehouse fully insured for the cost of your items, and with trackable numbers.
  • Credit will be issued after inspection of your return items to our facility, or to our manufacturers facility. Please allow 10-14 business days for the return and refund to be processed. If your package arrives damaged, you will be directed to work with your shipping company to process the insurance claim.
  • Please allow 10-14 business days after the receipt of your item for the credit to be processed.
